Tofu with Cheese & Seaweed Pork Floss

When it's late at night, everything is quiet, and your stomach starts grumbling, but you don't want to cook and feel guilty about eating something heavy. Here's a compromise that's simple, delicious, and very healthy, fulfilling all your wishes at once.


Try this Seaweed, Pork Floss, and Cheese Tofu dish: Take a pack of silken tofu, add two slices of cheese, microwave for two and a half minutes, then sprinkle with some pork floss and a little yuzu vinegar & soy sauce! The tofu and cheese complement each other's flavours beautifully, enhanced by the savory pork floss, creating an unmatched and easy late-night snack.


Once you've had your fill, you can finally sleep soundly.




Ingredients

 

Silken Tofu

1 carton

Sliced Cheddar Cheese

1 slice

Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

1 slice

Seaweed Pork Floss

to taste

yuzu vinegar & soy sauce

1 tbsp


Steps

 
1. Place Silken Tofu onto a microwave-safe plate.​

2. Place two slices of processed cheese on top of the tofu. Microwave at 800 watts for 1 and a half minutes.

3. Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of seaweed pork floss, then drizzle with yuzu vinegar sauce according to your preference.
