Silken Tofu Pudding with Fresh Fruits - a Fragrant, creamy & healthy dessert

On a scorching summer day, besides ice cream and cold drinks, making simple homemade tofu pudding is equally refreshing and healthier!


This silky tofu pudding not only boasts a rich soybean flavor but also offers a magical texture experience. Despite being solidified, it instantly melts into a creamy consistency upon tasting, reminiscent of soy milk. Each bite feels like a magical sensation on the tongue, providing a unique and delightful experience. Ingredients(3-4 cups)

 

Silky Tofu

175 g

Low-sugar Soya Milk

350 ml

Hot Water

100 ml

Gelatine Powder

10 g

Honey

3 tbsp

Seasonal Fruits

to taste



Steps

 
1. Add gelatin powder to hot water, stir until completely dissolved.

2. Cut the silken tofu in half (about 175 grams), then dice it. Add it to a blender along with honey and fresh soy milk, and blend until smooth.

3. Add the gelatin mixture from step 1 into the tofu mixture from step 2, and mix thoroughly.

4. After mixing thoroughly, pour the mixture into small containers, each holding about 150ml, and place them in the refrigerator to chill for at least 45 minutes.

5. Finally, remove from the molds, add your favorite fruits when serving, and enjoy t!
