People always perceive Salami only as a cold appetizer, paired with celery, cucumber, and cheese, which indeed makes a nice pre-meal snack. However, with some creativity, Salami can also become the star of a main dish.
The salty and spicy flavor of Salami pairs excellently with starches, and its most familiar pairing is probably on a pizza. This time, I enjoyed it with linguine, where its spiciness and saltiness directly enhances the pasta, bringing an extraordinary surprise to a simple dish. Combined with garlic and white wine, this dish is exceptional!
