Pan-Fried Potatoes with Sunny-Side Up Eggs

A day's plan begins with breakfast! Using butter to fry diced potatoes is a common method in Western breakfasts. The butter adds a rich, crispy texture to the potatoes. After frying for about ten minutes, the potatoes become crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them exceptionally tasty.

For breakfast, you can't miss out on eggs. After frying the diced potatoes, simply crack two eggs into the same pan, cover, and cook for two minutes to create delicious sunny-side-up eggs. When you break the yolk, it mixes with the potatoes, making for a quick and tasty breakfast. Have a good morning!

Ingredients

Potato (diced)

2 bulbs

Mushroom

5 pcs

Egg

2 bulbs

Parmesan

30g

Unsalted Butter

20g

Salt

½ tsp

Ground Black Pepper

to taste

Parsley (chopped)

1 sprig

Steps

1. Over medium heat, add butter, then add the diced potatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until each side is lightly golden, about 10 minutes.

2. Add the mushrooms and salt, and continue to cook until the mushrooms become tender.

3. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.

4. Once the cheese has melted, add the eggs on top of the potatoes. If you have a lid, turn off the heat, cover, and let it cook for about 30 seconds until the egg whites are set. If you don’t have a lid, keep the heat low and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the egg whites are cooked.

5. Finally, sprinkle some black pepper and fresh parsley on top. Enjoy your Good Morning breakfast!
