Nachos with BBQ Beef & Cheese - Best Snack for Watching a Game

I enjoy watching sports. Whenever I invite friends over to watch a game at home, I prepare some special snacks so everyone can enjoy eating and drinking while watching the match.

This time, I'm introducing an incredibly easy-to-make game-watching snack: Mexican nachos topped with barbecue-flavoured beef, fresh tomatoes, and rich cheese. Each bite is packed with flavour and deliciousness.

Ingredients

Basic Ingredients

Shredded Beef

100g

Tomato

1 bulb

Onion

1 bulb

Nachos

200g

Cheddar Cheese

100g

BBQ sauce

2 tbsp

Chive (chopped)

1 sprig

Marinade

Salt

1/5 tsp

Ground Black Pepper

1 pinch

Cornstarch

1/2 tsp

Sesame Oil

1 tsp

Steps

1. Marinate the beef strips with the seasoning for 15 minutes. Slice the onion into strips and dice the tomato.

2. Over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.

3. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until the beef is half-cooked, then mix in the barbecue sauce.

4. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a dish and layer with tortilla chips, followed by the onion and beef mixture, and cheese. Repeat the layers once more.

5. Bake for 6 minutes or until the cheese melts.

6. Finally, sprinkle with diced tomatoes and chopped chive, and it's ready to serve!
