In a society dominated by fast food culture, taking the time to enjoy a healthy and flavourful meal has become a luxurious lifestyle choice. Excess in anything often leads to the opposite effect; sometimes fast food, sometimes a slower pace. Listening to your body’s needs allows you to control the rhythm of your life more effectively.
Every weekend, I make a nutritious brunch for myself and those around me, savouring the blissful weekend moments. This affordable luxury is the highlight of my week, allowing me to release the stress accumulated over the past week. The sense of happiness feels enduring and satisfying.
There's nothing more perfect than waking up naturally and enjoying a body-friendly brunch during such leisurely times. I previously shared a recipe for "Homemade Granola Crisp", which are crispy and delightful without compromising on health. Besides being a great snack, these oat crisps can also be paired with various ingredients to create a wholesome meal. This time, I combined them with avocado spread, yogurt, and a mix of fruits, along with homemade raspberry juice. The tangy sweetness and the refreshing, crispy texture are like a vibrant violin melody, uplifting and invigorating!

Steps
1.
First, prepare the oat crisps. For the recipe, refer to my other post titled "Homemade Granola Crisp".
2.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine raspberries and sugar, then squeeze in some lemon juice. Cook until the raspberries dissolve, stirring occasionally, which should take about 15 minutes.
3.
Once cooked, strain the raspberry mixture to remove any solids.
4.
Peel and pit the avocado, then mash the flesh and mix it with plain yogurt and a little lemon juice.
5.
Mash the avocado until smooth.
6.
To serve: Spoon two tablespoons of avocado puree onto the bottom of your plate, then top with your choice of fruit and the baked oat crisps.
7.
Drizzle some raspberry sauce over the top before eating for extra flavor.
