What I want to say about my disappearance...

I have been receiving warm greetings from followers recently, and I am really grateful that everyone is still paying attention to me. My updates. I counted on my fingers and realized that I hadn’t updated my own content for two or three months. I went missing for no reason, not because I was being lazy on purpose (I felt a little embarrassed for leaving without saying goodbye 😅), but because I have always had a little dream, and after preparing for a while, I finally realized it recently.

8 years ago, I put my interest in cooking on social media and shared recipes with pictures and texts on the Bigboyrecipe page. Fortunately, Bigboyrecipe received some attention. It turned out to be a wonderful feeling to have someone appreciate what you are doing. In 2020, I decided to give up my full-time job in advertising and devote all my time to running Bigboyrecipe. Whenever netizens say "I appreciate your recipes", "Keep it up", "I think it tastes good when I cook it", etc. Talking to me gave me some motivation to keep working hard.

Thinking about recipes, cooking, filming, taking photos, posting and writing articles have become my daily routine. I am very happy that I can turn my hobby into work. But the assembly-line lifestyle makes me feel troubled. Until recently, I kept wondering what other breakthroughs I could make. What new things can I bring to my followers?

Although I have worked in a commercial kitchen for three years, learning is endless, especially in the catering industry. Whether it is technology, techniques, cooking skills... every day, new things are being introduced. It is a subject that you can never finish learning in your lifetime. Before the end of the first half of his life, Bigboy reopened the little dream that had been sealed in a box and took a trip to absorb more new things.

Finally, I chose to study at Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne. Every day, I had to race against time in class. Although it was full of challenges and sometimes a bit tiring, I was full of anticipation for every class, and I always went to study with inexplicable excitement and joy. After all, this is the dream I have always pursued. Being able to learn, communicate and exchange with famous chefs from all over the world has already opened my eyes to many things. Next, Bigboy hopes to slowly organize the new things he has learned and share them with everyone.

💬Will you continue to update IG and Youtube?
Yes. Bigboyrecipe is a platform built by Bigboy himself, and of course I will not give up easily. It was just that I was so busy with moving, visa application, renting a house, etc. that I accidentally abandoned it. After everything is completed, Bigboy will launch new content again, such as talking about the procedures and procedures for studying in Australia, the details of Le Cordon Bleu life, and even introducing more French dishes and Australian methods and techniques. During this time, I will also start to slowly share more of Melbourne life in the story!

💬Bigboy’s latest move now is…?
I have just started school for two weeks and am still adjusting to the schedule. In addition, Bigboy is building a new kitchen, purchasing kitchenware, etc. I hope the new kitchen can be seen by everyone soon and bring more delicious dishes to everyone again!

Although this is a food page, Bigboy is happy to share more tips about studying/immigrating to Australia, such as applying for student visas, spouse visas, and even pet immigration.
