BigBoyRecipe
BigBoy worked as a chef in Australia and later became a creative food director. BigBoy is passionate about cooking and exploring various recipes, especially Western fusion cuisine. In 2015, BigBoy compiled daily dishes into recipes and shared them on Instagram with photos and text, quickly gaining popularity. This led to the creation of BigBoyRecipe, pioneering the concept of 'instacookbook' (which was turning the Instagram account into an electronic cookbook).
In 2023, to pursue greater culinary dreams, BigBoy traveled to Melbourne, Australia, and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne. The two-year course not only brought valuable experience but also introduced BigBoy to chefs from around the world, injecting a whole new perspective into his culinary skills.
Over the years, BigBoy is not only a chef, but also a recipe creator, food stylist, food blogger, and book author. His recipe book "Bigboyrecipe - Cooking & Plating" is available in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
